Campus Celeb: Brianna Keilar

Brianna Keilar was born in Australia and later moved to Orange County, Ca. She attended Mission Viejo High School and graduated in 1998. While in high school, Keilar was name homecoming queen by her fellow classmates. 

 

 

After graduating, Keilar decided to attend the University of California-Berkeley, where she joined Phi Beta Kappa Society.

 

 

In 2001, Keilar proudly graduated and received her dual bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Psychology. While in college Keilar interned at KTVU Channel 2 news in Oakland, Ca. After graduating she became a reporter for KIMA-TV in Yakima Washington. 

 

 

Through the years Keilar has been successfully climbing the journalist ladder, her works include the networks: CBS, MTV, and CNN. Currently Keilar is a senior White House correspondent for CNN.
