With the stress of finals sending us into a study-coma, it can be hard to make time for gift shopping. If you’re one of the brave souls now preparing to shop Christmas Eve, have no fear because I’ve got you covered on last minute gift ideas that won’t break your bank!

1. Your Mom

Your mom takes care of everyone all year, so why not spoil her a little with a relaxing spa remedy that she can use at home? Lush bath bombs are perfect because they are unique for being both home made and luxurious. There are so many options so you can tailor the bath bomb to your mom’s favourite scent/colour!  Bonus: Most of them are under ten dollars.

2. Your Dad

Dad’s can be tricky to shop for but you can’t go wrong with a good-smelling, soothing aftershave! The Body Shop has a selection of aftershaves that use more natural products and are sure to make your dad feel pampered! This Arber Aftershave can be found at The Body Shop for under twenty dollars.

3. Your Best Friend

A coffee mug with a cute saying is the perfect gift for your best friend! Mugs are perfect because you can never have too many, and she can use it everyday. If you are attending different schools, this is also a great way to remind her of you everytime she uses it! This “Good Morning Beautiful” mug from Chapters is only twelve dollars.

4. Your Boyfriend / Girlfriend

Whether you’ve been dating forever or this is your first time exchanging gifts, colonge or perfume is a perfect idea for your partner. No matter what their tastes are they”ll appreciate a nice smelling scent! Pro tip: every time they wear it they’ll think of you. Bath and Body Works has a great selection of  colonges and perfumes most for under forty dollars.

Your Grandparents

What do your grandparents love more than you? Photos of you! Take a few pics of yourself with your phone and head to Walmart/Shoppers Drug Mart/London Drugs where you can instantly print photos by attaching your phone to their photo printing stations with a USB cord. The photos will only take a few minutes to print, and while you’re there pick out a cute frame to put the picture in. The whole present could end up costing you under ten dollars depending on the frame you choose. If you have siblings, get them to chip in and take a group photo!

Your Random Secret Santa

No matter who your Secret Santa is, scarves are the perfect gift. Scarves work for either women or men and are essential for the cold weather. Ardenes has a wide scarf selection and most will cost you under fifteen dollars.

Have a relaxing holiday, HCUBC Cuties, and happy shopping!
