Her Campus UBC’s Favourite Study Spaces

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UBC chapter.

There is nothing like a good study spot to make it through the exam period! If you haven’t already found a perfect spot this exam period, here are some of our favourites for you to consider:

49th Parallel Coffee

It is a bit of a noisy spot, but the donuts and treats are amazing! If you need to get away from the library, this is a nice spot to choose.

The 4th floor of Irving K. Barber Library

Okay, Irving may be a boring choice, but the fourth floor is quite a nice spot! I love the super high ceilings and that food is allowed (snacking is a must). If you get there before 9 am, seats are easy to find!

Rocanini Coffee Roasters

Our very own HCUBC PR manager, Crystal Leung, recommends this Kerrisdale coffee spot! You should definitely give her favourite spot a try!

Calhoun’s

Calhoun’s is a super popular spot for UBC students! If you’re looking to pull an all-nighter, this is a 24/hr spot. They also have super cute cups, as shown above by yours truly.

Great Dane Coffee

If you’re sick of the library but don’t want to leave campus, the Great Dane is a super cute coffee place right on campus by Gage Residences!

No article could encompass all the amazing coffee places or study spots in Vancouver, so make sure to check them out! Good luck studying!
