Spring Break Motivation!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UAB chapter.

So, Spring Break is just around the corner, and you’re in the house eating takeout and not feeling so hot. We’ve come up with some awesome motivation to get your ass in gear and looking hot for the beach!

1. Check out this awesome bikini workout video. It tightens hard-to-reach places like under the armpits, inner thighs, and the lower abs. (I will DEFINITELY be trying this one!)

2. Strapped on cash? Enter our Contiki contest for a chance to win a free vacay for you and your friends! Imagine how jealous your friends will be when you have a bangin’ profile pic of you looking hot in a bikini in the Greek isles.

3. Find that perfect bathing suit…sometimes to get to the gym you have to have a tangible goal, like a super cute brightly  ruffled bottom bikini. ;)

4. Pick the best crew for your trip. And by that, I don’t necessarily mean people you feel obligated to go with. Choose the friends that will be drama-free, fun, and won’t put you in dangerous situations. No one wants to be calling a taxi at 3am because their friends left them for some rando at the club. Yuck.

5. PLEASE don’t fake bake. I’m from Miami, and I can ALWAYS tell when someone has been to a tanning bed. Looking like you rolled in doritos is a Her Campus DON’T. Go for the glow with a spray tan, or some of these at-home products that work just as well.
