New Discovery – UC’S Junior Common Room

Today I stumbled upon the Junior Common Room of University College, decked out with squashy leather recliners as well as tables and chairs for a quick nap or group study session. The room is complete with large chandeliers and the names of UC alumni written on the walls; history is encapsulated perfectly here.

I guess getting lost has its perks!

My name is Mallika Makkar and I'm stoked to be part of the Class of 2018 at the University of Toronto, as well as photographer for HerCampus! Photography is one of my greatest passions.
