Her Campus: What is the best aspect of your personality?
Jonathan Calles: I love making people laugh, or at least making them smile. At the very least, I’ve got a sense of humor.
HC: What are some things on your bucket list?
JC: I actually don’t have one. I tend to do dumb things well before I have time to put the idea down on paper.
HC: How would people describe you?
JC: Energetic, passionate, a little bit crazy
HC: What do you look for in a girl?
JC: There’s nothing in the world that’s quite as sexy as intelligence. If you can be wittier than me, you’re probably blowing me away.
HC: Where do you see yourself in five years?
JC: Researching neurodegenerative disorders at the Perelman School of Medicine
HC: What was your most embarrassing moment?
JC: While performing a urinalysis test, I spilled urine all over my phone. That was pretty bad.

JC: Irrational fears. And the Dutch.

JC: The Killers, and obviously the Penn Band.

JC: Coffee. At this level of consumption, it counts as food.

JC: Emma Stone
HC: How would you describe your ideal date?
JC: It would be a picnic on the beach where we could watch the sunset in each others arms.
HC: Where can we find you this summer?
JC: I’ll be marathon training in the morning, conducting biochemistry research at the University of Miami in the afternoon and lifting in the evening.
