5. Eyeliner

6. Mascara
The rule that applies for eyeliner also applies for mascara. Make sure it’s waterproof to avoid the dreaded raccoon eyes the next morning. 7. Lipstick

8. Setting Spray
Finally, seal your look with a setting spray. Urban Decay’s All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray ($38 at Sephora) will keep your makeup intact after a long night. For a budget-friendly option, try L’Oreal’s Infallible Makeup Extender Setting Spray ($14 at Walmart).
