I put smiles on people’s faces all over campus.
HC: Where are you from? What are your favourite things to do in your hometown?
My hometown is Oshawa. Favourite things about back home would consist of going to the bar and seeing family when I go back home.
HC: Describe yourself in 3 words.
Better.Than.Sex. [laughs] But seriously.. happy, driven and passionate.
HC: What do you look for in a significant other?
She has to have soft eyes, nice smile, with a good sense of humour. Down to earth, she has to be able to go with the flow and be spontaneous. She has to own her laugh, be smart, passionate about whatever she does, confident, and outgoing.
HC: What are your hobbies?
Playing sports and anything athletic: basketball, volleyball, baseball. I like hanging out with friends, watching movies, listening to music and going to the bar.
HC: What are your pet peeves?
People who walk slow, bad odour, and bad hygiene.
HC: Where do you see yourself in 10 years? What is your Dream job?
I’ll be a cop, I’ll have one kid out of the three, then probably one on the way, have my own house, my own car, and be with Mrs. Right.
HC: What was the craziest thing you have ever done in your life?
Crazy times in Dominican, that is all.
HC: If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be and why?
Italy, Greece and Australia, mostly for culture and their scenery.
HC: If someone gave you $1 million dollars what would you do with it?
I would invest in something to continue my wealth, share it with family, buy my parents a nice house, pay off school tuition, just live life happily. I would give away 30% to churches then split the money up between causes and donations.
HC: What is your ideal date?
Something cool and exciting. Something unexpected.
HC: Who do you think should make the first gesture when asking someone out, the girl or the guy?
Either one.
HC: Plans after university?
First travel the world, just have fun, then eventually settle down.
HC: What have you liked about Ottawa so far?
The people, the Byward Market is awesome, the experience of growing up away from home and having more independence.
HC: What is your favourite spot to hang out in Ottawa?
Anywhere that has alcohol. Bars for days.
HC: What movie do you know all the lines to?
Hitch!
HC: Who is your role model?
My Dad, he’s driven, focused, funny as hell, hard working, always positive, and supports me in everything I do.
