How to Look Haute After the Gym

We all know the sweaty post-gym look is not exactly chic, but here are a few ways to go from hot to haute.

 

1. Top knot

Dirty hair just became your new best friend. Go for a top knot on top of your head or even French braids. No one will be able to tell that you just left the hardest spin class of your life.

 

2. All black

In the words of Wednesday Addams, “I’ll stop wearing black when they make a darker color.” You cannot go wrong with all black, plus it is very slimming. To make yourself even more comfortable post-work out, consider packing a different pair of shoes in your bag so you can change out of your sweaty sneakers.

 

3. Tie a plaid shirt around your waist

Take some style advice from gym-rat, Khloe Kardashian. The plaid shirt around the waist takes you from the treadmill to street style faster than you can do a sit-up. 

4. Wear Sunglasses

Throw some sunnies on and you are ready go. It will hide your red face (a side effect of hot yoga) and takes you to instant glam. Just remember to wash your face post work-out to avoid break outs!
