Yes, another Olivia wins second place for Fall TV’s most fashionable character. But come on, who else can make catching serial killers look good?
3. Mindy Lahiri from The Mindy Project
If anyone can rock bright colors and prints, it’s our girl Mindy. Take notes.
4. Rayna James from Nashville
She’s making me relive my childhood dream of being a famous singer. Her fashion game is unreal, plus, she has an amazing voice.
5. Selina Meyer from Veep
Presidential has never looked so good.
