Study Break: YouTube Videos to Watch While You Procrastinate

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mass Amherst chapter.

Time for a study break, collegiettes! I can’t even tell you how much time I’ve spent on YouTube watching videos to procrastinate my work. One video leads to another, which leads to another, and another… we’ve all been there! Chances are if you’re reading this, you’re not doing work (I won’t tell!). How about some videos for a good laugh? In order to feel a little less guilt about procrastinating, check out some of these entertaining videos that relate to the subjects you might be putting off! Happy watching, ladies!

Science: Who knew science could be so cool? Take a look at this video if you want to see a really interesting and surprising experiment that was done on the Ellen DeGeneres show.

English: See how “Sassy Gay Friend” thinks Romeo & Juliet should have really gone down.

Math: Massachusetts-based comedian Bo Burnham cleverly and hilariously takes completely unrelated things and somehow relates them to math.

Global Studies: All I can say about this one is stay in school, kids.

History: What could be funnier than someone getting wasted and then attempting to recall a historical event? See if you recognize anyone famous in this video!

Political Science: Jimmy Kimmel asks young kids what they think about politics. Do you agree?
