Ahhh the weekend! The joyous two day break from classes that we all look forward to as soon as we wake up on Monday. But let’s face it, what makes weekends so enjoyable is getting to go out! Although going out can be as unpredictable as it is fun, these ten things will probably happen to you or your friends over the course of the night.
1) A little pre-party boy drama to start the night…
2) Longer time spent choosing the filter on Instagram than actually taking the pic (I mean if I didn’t Instagram about it did it even happen?)
3) The great debate: to take a taxi, or to not take a taxi?
Sure it’s only a bus ride and a ten minute walk, but I mean it’s kinda cold and I wanted to wear a dress…
4) Walking into the party like, waddup where’s the bathroom?
5) Making 5 new girlfriends waiting in line for the bathroom…
I just want to make a shout out to all the girls I’ve met waiting in line for the bathroom. I love and miss you all.
6) Dodging freshman boys on the dance floor like the plague…
I mean, Cher pretty much sums it up.
7) Hearing one cheesy unoriginal pickup line…
8) Seeing that person in one of your classes and, although you have never talked before, you decide to act like best friends.
9) Either you or one of your friends will lose something…
10) Spending the entire cab ride home venting to your new therapist, Ryan (the cab driver).
Or thinking about the food you are going to devour when you get back…
