5 Essentials for this Spring Break

Is it just me, or does this semester seem especially grim? Fogler has been absolutely congested with exams, papers, lab reports and group projects. The printers are shooting out a constant stream of reading assignments and essays and the Oakes Room can’t brew coffee quick enough. Morale is at an all time low. Clearly we’re all over school and ready for spring break! Whether you’re going on a service trip, going on vacation or just laying low at home, we’ve got five goodies to make this spring break your best one yet.

Freeman Beauty Dry Shampoo

Spring break is the time to ignore all of your responsibilities, and showering is absolutely one of those. Just give your roots a quick spray with this tropical dry shampoo and you’ll look like you actually have your life together!

L’Oreal Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes

Maybe you’re going somewhere warm and can’t bear to have the locals see your pasty white skin. Maybe you’re actually staying in bed for two weeks and want people to think you went somewhere tropical. Maybe you’re actually just a very pale human who needs a little tan in your life but you’ll burn with more than five minutes of sun exposure. Whatever it may be, these tan towelettes have got you covered. Make sure to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize before using these anywhere your skin needs a little bronze glow!

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips

The perfect shades to transition your makeup look from vampy to something a little more fun and bright (really, I’m getting sick of the whole pale skin/dark lipstick thing)!

Cystex

Because you really just never know!

ActuallySheCan

If you’re looking for some light reading and women empowerment on your plane ride or while basking in the sun, check out the ActuallySheCan campaign that celebrates young women and their ambitions!

Rumor has it this is our last two-week spring break here at UMaine so pick up these essentials and have the best break ever, Black Bears! Have fun, stay safe, and afterwards start counting down the days until Maine Day!
