Jaden Smith’s Tweets Decoded

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Tulane chapter.

Jaden Smith is known for his strange tweets.  They are hard to decipher, and no one can quite understand what he is trying to say.  Today, the mystery is broken and the true meaning of his tweets are revealed.

Jaden shows his philosophical side in this tweet.  Clearly, he is questioning the existential crisis of the human condition.  Do we exist?  Are our bodies real?  He is channeling his inner Descartes and doubting that humans even exist.  This tweet seems ridiculous at first, but clearly, he is a genius.

Celebrities: they’re just like us.  I personally have had to replace the vacuum bag plenty of times after cleaning my dorm, and it comforts me knowing that Jaden Smith understands the struggle.

Here Jaden tells us what we have suspected all along; he is a philosopher.  He only wants those who truly appreciate life and thinking to be apart of his following. Beautiful.  He also shows that through capitalizing the first letter in every word, his sentences are more profound.

There are two important realizations about this tweet.  One, even celebrities make mistakes.  Notice the use of the word “Dose.”  Second, he shows a profound understanding of bussiness and book stores.  The most popular books never run out because the stores always order ahead, and the bad books don’t sell because no one reads them.  Clearly Borders didn’t understand this concept like Jaden did.

What must we raise Jaden?  Raise the roof?  Raise minimum wage?  Here he is clearly writing a metaphor for better working conditions and the need for fun in life.  Also, he is trying to get the word out by contacting Time Magazine, knowing that they hold the true power to make a difference in the world.

We believe you, Jaden.
