You might know her as Taylor Swift’s best friend or a Victoria’s Secret angel, but Karlie Kloss–the 23-year-old supermodel–is more than the face you see on Express, Kate Spade, and Topshop campaigns in New York City.

Karlie’s title is not just one of the top 30 models worldwide, but she is also an NYU student. Karlie enrolled in NYU in 2015 as a computer science major and started her own scholarship for the major called  “Kode with Klossy” (previously “Kode with Karlie”) to encourage young women with passion for computer science. The program includes a free two-week summer coding camp for girls from 13 to 18 years old along with scholarships for girls with outstanding performances in computer science. Using her influence, Karlie’s helping many young girls achieve their dreams and pursue their passion for computer science.

In addition to Kode with Klossy, Karlie partnered up with Momofuku Milkbar to create her own cookie brand called “Karlie’s Kookies” that was inspired by her love for baking. Most of the profit from Karlie’s Kookies helps provide children meals in New York City and around the world through the FEED project.

Karlie also started her own YouTube channel in 2015 to get closer to her fans and share her extremely busy life with the Internet. Her certified channel “Klossy” currently has more than 430,000 subscribers. At such a young age, Karlie has achieved a number of amazing accomplishments that brings great influences to many areas around the world. She not only broke many of the traditional stereotypes of a fashion model, but she also continues to empower many young women around the world.
