What to Wear To… 123’s Call On Me Party

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Tufts chapter.

It’s that time of the year again, time for Theta Delta Chi’s (also known as 123) biggest party of the year: Call on Me.  The party, which gets its theme from the infamous Eric Prydz video, is one of the biggest fraternity parties of the year at Tufts.  The video is 80’s workout themed with a twist, full of neon, spandex, and leg warmers. But what are you going to wear? Here are a few tips.

Shorts, pants, or a skirt? You can really wear any of the 3, as long as it’s a bright neon color. Try these spandex shorts and leggings from American Apparel or this hot pink skirt from Forever 21.

For the top of your 80’s inspired ensemble try a brightly colored crop top (like these from American Apparel) or an oversized neon yellow t-shirt (like this one from Forever 21).  But, if you really want to feel Olivia Newton John-esque and go all out, try a neon-colored leotard like this one, also from American Apparel.

To complete any outfit, accessories are a must.  A neon bandeau and/or headband (like these from American Apparel) are perfect for any 80’s themed outfit.  Neon nail polish is also a great way to add a little neon to your outfit, so try Funky Limelight, Flirty Fuchsia, Perky Purple, or Punchy Pink from Essie.
