Be a Part of Our “Fit for Summer” Challenge and Win Free Classes for a Month!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Texas chapter.

Applications due Sunday April 3 at 5pm

Are you looking for a way to get that bikini ready bod for the summer? Do you love to blog? Are you really into getting fit and staying fit? Interested in a month-long fitness regime that will help you build strength and muscle tone while giving you the lean and nimble body you’ve always dreamed of?

Dancers Shape and Her Campus Texas have partnered to promote the “Fit for Summer” challenge!

Dancers Shape is an approach to physical fitness – a very unique approach called Barre Fitness. It begins at the ballet barre, but it’s the design of the exercise routine that makes it so effective and the customized music selection that makes it so fun and addictive.

We’re looking for five energetic, engaging, ambitious, digital-savvy college women who are passionate about staying fit and blogging about it as they go. Each blogger will take at least three FREE classes each week for four weeks and must be willing to document their progress and experience after each week via a blog post on our site.

You do not have to have any experience in working out, fitness classes, or dance classes to participate. You will be able to pick your class times from the schedule and go any three times a week as your schedule allows.

The challenge will run from the first week of April through April 30, 2011.

The blogger who receives the most reads + comments on their blogs will win a pass for one free month of classes!

To apply, please email the completed application to hercampustexas@gmail.com by Sunday, April 3 at 5pm (but the sooner the better!). We will notify you of our decision that night, so you can begin your classes that week!
