The annual Villain Arts sponsored Philadelphia Tattoo Convention came to the city’s Convention Center over the Valentine’s day weekend. From the thirteenth to the fifteenth, tattoo artists and lovers from around the country converged at this ink expo where those in attendance enjoyed stage acts and seminars. With the option of being tatted by any of the artists in attendance, there were contests held at the end of each day for the best tattoos of several categories.
