  1. 1. Take a Yoga Class at IBC

Yoga is the perfect way to relax both your mind and body.  Do not be hesitant if you have never taken a class before or are not extremely flexible. You will surely benefit in some way and will quickly catch on to the sequences. Not only will taking a class help to reduce stress, but it is the perfect way to stay in shape and gain strength and flexibility.

  1. 2. Catch a Movie at The Reel

Head to the student center to watch a movie at The Reel. The on-campus theater hosts a variety of popular movies. Tickets are only $2.00 with a Temple ID and $4.00 without a Temple ID.  Students can even buy popcorn, candy, drinks and nachos to enjoy for a small price.  Be sure to check the website for the full schedule of movies.
