What I Will Miss Most About TCNJ

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at TCNJ chapter.

TCNJ has been my home for the past 4 years. It has given me everything I could have asked for and more. Before coming to TCNJ I was beyond excited, but I did not know it would change my life for the better.

Here are some of the things that I will truly miss about this beautiful place.

1. I will miss the beautiful scenery and architecture of this place.

2. I will miss walking into the Lib and knowing a bunch of people

3. I will miss all the free CUB sponsored events such as HONY, Hasan Minaj, Laverne Cox, and many more!

4. I will miss attending Funival

5. I will miss being able to hang out with my friends whenever I want

6. I will miss going in circles to find parking that was not in the garage

7. I will miss doing work in the Atrium

8. I will miss cutting through as many buildings to get to class and stay warm

9. But, I will most definitely not miss the construction that took over the campus

TCNJ has given me more than I could have imaged. For starters, it allowed me to study my passion and follow my dreams as an education major. This is the place where I learned to get out of my comfort zone and strive for things that may have seemed unattainable. At TCNJ, I was able to set goals for myself and achieve almost all of them. I learned to work hard, make connections, and most of all have fun doing it all. TCNJ was where I met some of my best friends and memories we will hold forever.

TCNJ has been home, it has been my place for 4 years and many years to come.  #Alum
