All College Theatre Presents: Picasso at the Lapin AgileBy April 17, 2013 - 2:00pm Written by Steve Martin and directed by Noah Herman, ACT's hilarious spring play finds Albert Einstein and Pablo Picasso in a Parisian cafe in 1904, just before the renowned scientist transformed physics with his theory of relativity and the celebrated painter set the art world afire with cubism. In his first comedy for the stage, Martin plays fast and loose with fact, fame and fortune as these two geniuses muse on the century's achievements and prospects as well as other fanciful topics with infectious whimsicality. The show goes up in the Kendall Hall Black Box Theater on April 17-19 at 8:00 PM and April 20 at 2:00 PM AND 8:00 PM. Student tickets are $5 and general admission is $8. READ... |

ink Presents: The Student Reading SeriesBy April 9, 2013 - 8:30pm The Student Reading Series gives students the chance to share original work for an audience of their peers and professors. Once or twice a semester, ink selects some of TCNJ’s strongest writers, gives them a mic, allows them to pick someone to introduce them, and hosts a small reception with light refreshments after the event. The SRS will be held in the Library Auditorium on Tuesday, April 9, at 8:30 PM. This semester’s readers are the fantastic Samantha Zimbler, Ryan Rousseau, Michael Hassin, Alexa Logush, and Andy Gallagher.
