Lake Como is situated in the North of Italy, the city of Como can be reached by train from Milan in only 30 minutes! Visiting some of the villages on the lake is a must if you are staying in Milan for the week or weekend!
The funicular railway takes you up the mountain, giving tourists a 360 degree, panoramic view of the lake below.
Lake Como is definetly somewhere I’d love to visit again!
