5 Comics For Introverts

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St. Andrews chapter.

Being an introvert in a world that rewards sociable and talkative people can be hard sometimes – from feeling out of place at a crowded party, to having those nights when you just want to stay home and curl up with a good book, but you feel bad about missing out. Introverts are sometimes mislabeled as shy and isolated, when actually we are very friendly. We just like hanging out with a small group of friends rather than a lot of people, and we need enough alone time to recharge for social situations  :)

Without further ado, five comics that I think perfectly sum up how it feels to be an introvert:

1. Being alone is never the same as being lonely.

2. Rainy weather is often our favorite kind of weather, because then we can stay inside <3

3. Our fashion sense serves a very specific purpose.

4. Our natural habitat looks a little like this:

5. We are great listeners, passionate, and we make the most awesome friends :D
