Earlier tonight, singer Whitney Houston was pronounced dead at the age of 48. While the cause of death hasn't been released, collegiettes, fans and celebrities around the world are shocked at the breaking news. February is indeed the month of love. Twitter users are expressing their remorse for the recent death of singer, actress, producer, model and former queen of pop, Whitney Houston.
I was shocked when I saw the news on twitter. I couldn’t believe it! Whitney’s love songs are truly amazing, not to mention her performance in the Bodyguard. She is an inspiration to young aspiring singers. I know she’s in a better place. I only wish the best for all of her friends and family. We will always love her! – HC Writer

You had a voice like no other. It touched me in ways that no other singer has ever touched me. You gave us more then we could ever give you. I only wish we could have given you what you needed to find happiness. WE'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU WHITNEY.
