USC Offering Free Airport Rides

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at South Carolina chapter.

Need a ride to the Columbia Metropolitan Airport? The University of South Carolina will take you for free!

Thanks to student government, USC is now offering a free shuttle service for students traveling during fall, Thanksgiving, and spring breaks. The shuttle will pick up students at the corner of Greene and Sumter St. and drop them off at the Columbia Aiport terminal, and vise-versa on return dates.

The service is now accepting reservations for fall break. The shuttles will run October 21 and 22 at 5 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. On October 25, the shuttle will pick students up from the Columbia airport at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

To make a reservation, you can fill out the form here. The deadline to make a fall break reservation is October 16 at noon.
