One of the most controversial yet exciting parts of the holiday season is when Starbucks unveils its new cups. Come on, the idea of peppermint lattes in a cute red cup is pretty delicious disgusting. *Cue the eye rolling.* But seriously – what do you do when you truly don’t like Starbucks but still want to carry around those cups of Christmas cheer (because face it, they are so festive)?
There are several options to choose from here. First, if you don’t like coffee, then you at least have to like hot chocolate or tea. This will still give you the chance to drink out of a seasonal cup, while simultaneously giving you the perfect opportunity for a good Instagram photo-shoot, maybe even with some snow in the background.
Your next option requires a little bit more creativity and artistic ability. You can order some red Starbucks disposable cups online. Then take some white and black sharpies and get to work! Some of the designs get pretty intricate, so if you’re artsy fartsy then you’re in luck!
Let’s say you’re bad at arts and crafts. What then? Order those same red cups along with a set of snowflake stickers and you’ll be good to go. Then you can fill your cup with whatever your heart desires.
