As a girl who was born and raised Vermonter, I always get a laugh from my out of state friends who marvel at all the local restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops in Burlington and the surrounding areas. I guess I’ve taken them for granted, but in all honesty, nothing is better than eating out in a unique and scenic location. The local food that Vermont provides makes the eating out experience even better. For Saint Michael’s students, a lot of these places are close by and readily affordable. READ MORE
