Tarte was one of those brands of which I frequently got samples, tried them, loved them but never got a full size. Well, that’s all about to change.
I was SO excited to try the Tarteist palette that I opened it up as soon as I got home and started playing. My initial thoughts? Smooth, pigmented eyeshadow that is going to be a staple in my makeup routine!
I must admit, I am not the best at eyeshadow (but I’d put money on my makeup-by-mario contour skills) so my first attempts were rocky, but luckily the palette includes a handy “cheat-sheet”.
So, here’s what I did: Chic on the upper lid, Profesh in the crease, Edgy on the outer corner, Punk on the top outer lash line, and Vintage on the inner lid
While my blending skills might not be the best, this palette is. I can’t wait to continue trying to perfect my look!
