On April 7th, many Hawks, along with their friends and family, came together to raise awareness for the American Cancer Society. Saint Joe’s raised a total of $81,310.44!
Here’s a quick recap of the night’s events:
Hagan Arena was filled with fun activities and tables from different organizations. Every half hour, there was something new to do! Early in the night, everyone gathered together and remembered those who have been affected by cancer.
All of the acapella groups at SJU sang and serenaded the crowd.
Then, a large game of musical chairs was played. A hairdresser was at the event too! Anyone could get their hair cut and donate it. It was an overall great night with everyone supporting the same cause.
