Midterms Stress Relief With Help From Drake & Josh

This is it: the week before Spring Break. Thoughts of a week spent on the beach, on a service trip, or on your very own couch at home beckon sweetly and enticingly.

 

In order to get there, you’ve got a week of midterms and pre-break stress to get through.

To help you out with all of that – or to contribute to some added procrastination–you will find a handy list of stress relief tips below – with some helpful asides from Drake and Josh.

 

1. Listen to music.

2. Dance like no one’s watching.

3. Exercise.

3. Have a little snack.

4. Spend time with your friends.

 

5. Take a nap.

6. Hug it out.
