We’ve all been there: a few hours into studying for a test, focus and will power fading… sounds like it is time for STUDY SNACKS!

Get that boost of energy to get you through the rest of the chapter or let you finish those last few pages of your paper, when you really just want to curl into a ball in the corner and give up.

1. Popcorn

Popcorn is perfect because it is easy to make, and you can eat it as you read through your notes without all of your notebooks being filled with crumbs.

2.  Sparkling Water

If you feel like you need to be healthy and eat natural food while you study, sparkling water adds a nice flavor, while still being healthier than most go to study snacks.

3. Chex Mix

This snack has a solid variety of snacks to motivate you to not just lie down on the floor and accept defeat.

4. Ice Cream

Ice cream is good for any stressful sad situation, break-ups. midterms, whatever has you down.

5. Hi-Chew

The most iconic candy- and a solid choice for fruit flavoring when you aren’t in the mood for real fruit, and it comes in so many different types and flavors that you can eat hi-chews all night.

Good Luck with exams and life!
