You Better Watch Out, Boys

That's right. The competition is in, and it's from across-the-pond in jolly old England. In the past few months, English export/boy band extraordinaire One Direction has captured sound waves and girls' hearts with their catchy fluff pop, cute accents, and UK swagger. However, behind their classy outfits and coifed hair lurks an even greater threat to capture the attention of girls across America. Royals Historical Society Plants an "S"!

University of Scranton's very own Royals Historical Society, a club for History majors/minors and History lovers alike, helped clean up planters in downtown Scranton during the University's annual Street Sweep. Career Services Carnival!

The Office of Career Services and the Career Services Marketing Committee are sponsoring a Career Services Carnival on Friday, April 27th from 1 to 4 p.m. The event will be held on Founders Green (outside Brennan). In addition to classic carnival-style games and foods, students will have the opportunity to network with employers and alumni. In honor of the upcoming Pet Therapy on Campus, this week’s Campus Cutie is Lefty, who belongs to one of our own Collegiettes, Maria! After an impulsive decision to drive five hours in an icy blizzard, Lefty had a new home in Scranton, PA.  Since last January, she’s grown to be a healthy and mischievous (but cute!) pup who’s guaranteed to make anyone smile no matter what mood they’re in.
