treadmillCardio workout for this week! Hit it, collegiettes!!

Day 1
20+ minutes of cardio - throw in some intervals: sprint from tree to tree, mail box to mail box, etc...Then resume a normal running pace

Day 2
Run hills, or stairs 2-4 sets of 10

Day 3
30+minutes of running/jogging

Day 4
Bike interval training
            warm up for 5 minutes
            3minutes of easy light pedaling followed by 1 minute of pedaling at a difficult resistance...do for 16 minutes
            cool down for 5 minutes
