I absolutely LOVE the fall season. It’s such a great time to let your creative side out through various projects, activities, treats and goodies, etc.; there is an endless list to what you can take on and tackle. Lately, I’ve been set on finding fall themed drinks to make that could be good for any time throughout the entire season. There is such a wide range of options, but here are just a few not only simpler, but extremely delicious options for drinks!

Each of these drinks has the conversions for just one cup of it, you can convert the measurments depending on how many servings are needed!

  1. Autumn Chiller: Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • 3 ounces chilled sparkling cider
  • Ice
  • Cranberries

          How To:

  • Combine orange juice, chilled ginger beer and chilled sparkling apple cider
  • Top off with ice
  • Garnish with cranberries and that’s it!

     2. Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate:

          Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened (dark) cocoa
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • Marshmallows (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Chocolate sauce (optional)

          How To:

  • Combine and mix pumpkin pie spice and unsweetened (dark) cocoa
  • Pour in milk that you warmed up (could be just warmed up in the microwave for a minute or so)
  • Add maple syrup or honey
  • Mix all together and top off with marshmallows, chocolate syrup and sprinkles if desired!

      3. Spiced Apple Cider Cups:

          Ingredients:

  • Large apples
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 whole clove

          How To (for apple cups):

  • Cut the top off large apple
  • Outline what you want to be your apple cup rim (maybe about 1/4” wide) with knife
  • Scoop out the inside of the apple with a spoon until it’s in a cup shape

          How To (for spiced cider):

  • Pour apple juice into a large pot over the stove
  • Mix in grated cinnamon, vanilla extract and whole clove
  • Warm the mix for about 30 minutes on the stove
  • Strain the cloves out
  • Pour cider into apple cups and add a cinnamon stick if desired and you’re ready to serve!

Hopefully you have a fun time making these and an even more fun time drinking them!
