Where is your hometown?
I’m from Grand Rapids, MI
What is your major, and why did you choose it?
I want to do a political science and Spanish double major. I chose Spanish because I grew to be really passionate about it in high school. I chose political science because I love learning about the government and how it works in different countries.
Why did you choose Saint Mary’s?
I chose Saint Mary’s because I visited several other schools and no other school felt “right.” I felt at home the first time I drove down The Avenue. Super cheesy, but it’s true!
What clubs have you joined so far?
I’ve joined Circle K, College Republicans, Spanish club, and Right to Life. I’m really excited about all the clubs I joined!
What is your favorite thing about college so far?
Eight people from my high school went to Saint Mary’s this year. I love getting to go school with my best friends, but still being able to meet new girls from all over the country.
Do you plan on studying abroad?
Yes, I would like to study in Seville, Spain next year.
What do you miss most about home?
My family and my mom’s cooking. Sorry Sodexo!
