Some days are just quite busy, we’ve all been there. There’s only so much time in a day so honestly, sometimes there’s just not enough time to wash/dry hair. Even if you do manage to wash and dry, styling is a whole other story. So to help out, we have gathered our favorite lazy day hairstyles!

1. French Braids

If you know how to braid, this style is simple! Just part your hair down the middle and do two french braids. If you know how, this style is also great with dutch braids! You can also gently pull on the braids to give them more volume.

2. Half-up

This is a tried and true hairstyle. Simply gather the top layer of your hair and tie it off! If you want to look like you put in a little more effort, add a bow or other accessory to cover the hair elastic. You can find some great variations on this classic hairstyle (specifically for short hair) here!

3. Twisted or Braided Ponytail

Put a twist on the classic lazy day ponytail by adding braids or twists! Braid or twist along one or both sides and gather everything into a ponytail. This hairstyle is versatile and easy for people of any skill level.

4. Headbands!

Using a headband can be a lifesaver. You can use it as an accessory when you have a good hair day, or as a way to hide your messy hair. Find some hairspiration here!

5. Space Buns

Give the traditional messy bun a new look by pulling your hair into two buns! Just part your hair down the middle and put each half in a bun. If you’re good at braiding, you can braid up the back of your head on each side to make this look even more interesting.
