Texts That Are Only Sent Between Good Friends

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Rowan chapter.

There is a distinct difference between how you text your friends versus how you text the rest of the world. These conversations tend to lack correct grammar and filtration while featuring topics of discussion such as food, bodily functions, annoying people, and pure randomness. Here is a collection of real conversations from some of our Rowan HerCampus staff and their friends.

  1. TMI bathroom conversations are an everyday occurrence.

2. Another constant topic of conversation: food.

3. Also, feeling guilty about eating so much food…

4. And eventually being motivated to work-off the food.

5. Asking for favors that are not plausible…

6. And also asking for favors that are demeaning.

7. Conversations that are just too real.

8. Venting about unfortunate situations and/or people.

9. Consistently reminding your friends and yourself about how little money you have.

10. Most importantly, sending comical, small moments with one another.

I am a Writing Arts major at Rowan University. Poetry is my best friend. One day, I hope to be a successful writer for a popular magazine in NYC. My dream is to travel to Paris, London, and Rome to explore and write about my experiences there.
