Rowan’s chapter of Her Campus decided to come together again and create a list of monthly favorites for the end of the spring semester! Monthly favorites are anything that contributed to making this past month particularly great! They can be anything from television shows and movies to makeup and beauty to even food! Halestorm
For those of you who don’t know Halestorm, they are a metal band headed by the talented Lzzy Hale. Her vocal range is amazing and she can just really sing. Halestorm is extremely relatable. I’m sure every girl has been through one of the issues Lzzy sings about, and I love how angry she gets in these songs. They also released a new album called Into the Wild Life that features the songs “Amen” and “Apocalyptic”. If you haven’t heard of them, definitely check them out.

Dark Sky Paradise

If you have the DD Perks app on your phone or are signed up for Dunkin Donuts rewards you probably already have about 4 of these lying around. If you have had the opportunity to get this travel mug (free with your first $.99 refill) you’ve probably transitioned from a casual DD-goer to a daily visitor who has made friends with the employees! My personal favorite refill is the Ice Caramel Coffee with cream and sugar! If you haven’t already gotten one of these travel mugs, you better act fast! Many DD’s now have limited supply because of the high demand for inexpensive iced coffee and tea!
