Q: What is your Major/Minor/Concentration?
A: I am majoring in English an Education, a dual major.
Q: What are your hobbies, interest, etc?
A: I enjoy writing a lot, mostly poetry and songs. I also play the guitar and dabble in photography. My photos are very rough but I still like to do it. A few other hobbies are tennis and I love working out, if you consider that a hobby.
Q: Favorite quote?
A: “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”
Q: Do you have any special talents?
A: I guess a special skill of mine could be rapping. I can really do it! I know it sounds silly but I don’t care I love it; I get to mix my poetry with music. It can’t get any better.
Q: What is your favorite activity at Rowan?
A: Some favorite activities while I’m at Rowan are just hanging out with my friends and roommates. I like our little indoor soccer team that we create every year, it’s a lot of fun!
Q: What do you want to gain from your Rowan experience?
A: Hopefully I will have gained life-long friends to talk to about all of this when the years of Rowan are behind us. I also hope I will have gained more than just the general knowledge I need to get a job, but to have an all around understanding of multiple subjects, not just my major.
Q: What are your plans, post-graduation?
A: My plan as of right now is to find a job teaching English at a high school, maybe in New York, living in a cute little studio apartment while trying my best to get my poetry published in magazines and books (which it will). Then getting a book of my own published with all of my poems. I really want to be a published author.
