On New Years you probably made the resolution to start working out consistently throughout the year in order to stay healthy. Luckily for you, Rhodes offers a variety of aerobics classes throughout the entire week that you can pick and choose from. So grab your fitness gear and your iPod and get ready to work that body!

Mondays

4:00 PM – Pilates with Lindsey5:00 PM – Zumba with Briana

Tuesdays

3:30 PM – Boot Camp with Annie6:00 PM – Arms, Abs, A%$ with Jamie

Wednesdays

3:30 PM – HIT 30 with Annie4:00 PM – Pilates with Lindsey

Thursdays

6:00 PM – Arms, Abs A%$ with Jamie

Sundays

6:00 PM – Rhythm Cardio with Marissa

Remember that all classes take place in the aerobics room on the second floor of the BCLC. All are welcomed and be sure to come and WERK.

Priscilla is a senior at Rhodes College, a liberal arts college located in Memphis, TN. She intends on majoring in Commerce & Business and minoring in International Studies.
