Apparently Taylor Swift released a new song and music video on August 27 which, I only knew because it was the only thing on my twitter feed. Since I have not been keeping up with T-Swift’s drama, I thought it would be fun to react to her new music video that apparently bashes all her haters.

Spooky. So apparently Taylor’s reputation is dead? Or resurrecting? Who killed Taylor’s street credit is what I want to know.

This is my dream bath, being surrounded by diamonds and silver. This scene has caused a lot of controversy, with people believing that it mocks Kim Kardashian’s robbery in Paris. That is definitely stretching it.

I’m a slithery snake. Somehow, this is also linked to Kim Kardashian since she uses the snake emoji all the time? I just think its Taylor sitting on a throne in a creepy room…surrounded by snakes.

Ooh, I like this scene. I love how she poses in her crashed car as paparazzi snap photos of her, showing that it was just a publicity stunt.

Geez, that’s a big cage. Also, she has a snake tattoo on her leg, so now I’m wondering if its real. Just keep swinging and feasting in that cage.

A bank robbery while wearing cat masks? I miss the Teardrops On My Guitar Taylor. This video has officially overwhelmed me and I just want to curl up in a ball and remember her as the sweet and nice Taylor.

SO MUCH LATEX LINGERIE. Why is everyone plastic? Could this be her saying we are all fake? I feel like the music video does not align with the actual song

2:24

This part is pretty cool. Her reputation is balancing on top her iconic outfits from previous music videos. But why are all the Taylors fighting?

2:54

So, the old Taylor is dead now? Is that what this whole song is about? Honestly not the biggest fan of Taylor trying to be a bad girl but whatever makes her happy.

3:41

Taylor making fun of herself is probably the highlight of this whole video. I want more of the old Taylors insulting each other!

I have never looked at Kanye in a good light since this incident.

Overall this video confuses me. There are so many outfit and scene changes. What I THINK this video is about is flashing money and wealth and how it is linked to her reputation. Taylor is trying to rebrand herself by releasing this bad-girl type of video. I do not think it in any way targets the Kardashians. They are probably just trying to get publicity off of this since it has reached four million views in just one week. Sadly, people will just keep pointing fingers until Taylor officially states who it was aimed towards (if it was even aimed at someone).

It’s a good song, extremely catchy, but the music video was just so crazy and jumpy. I will probably continue to listen to it, maybe I will watch the music video more to try and decipher the hidden meanings.
