Empowerment comes from within. If you feel empowered you tend to empower others. This is exactly what #ActuallySheCan promotes. I recently tried their line of tank tops. They are simple cotton tanks that have positive sayings on them. I wore one to the gym and had one of the best workouts I have had in a while. I don’t know if it was because I felt more confident or stylish, but it definitely helped my workout.

I think the best thing about these tanks is that they are simple enough that they can go with anything. I started with the tank top that read, “Less Regrets More Sweat.”  This tiny and simple quote I took to heart and it really made me think about how I live my life. Living a life with no regrets is something I strive for every day.

My personal favorite part about these tank tops is the versatility. I was able to look sporty, while remaining fashionable. A lot of times tank tops cannot be flattering and I think this this tank top looks good on everyone. I paired this light grey tank with black leggings, a jean jacket and some tennis shoes. I also had my trusty scrunchie and watch.

Adding the jean jacket makes it more stylish and yet still sporty. This outfit can transition from class to the gym with no judgement from other people that are like,  “Omg she’s totally going to the gym after class.”

I would definitely recommend these #ActuallySheCan shirts. They are comfy, cozy and go with all outfits. They are even great for throwing on to go to class. All you have to do is choose which quote fits you best and rock it like a rockstar…because empowerment comes from within.
