HC: Okay, so your new album is dropping…

EW: Yeah, it’s called Cathuloops.

HC: What does that mean?

EW: Well a cathulhu is a mythical beast who really inspired this album, and loops refer to musical repetition.  So I just combined the two, Cathuloops.

HC: I see, so how did he inspire the album?

EW: He is giant anomaly, just like my tracks.

HC: So what’s your favorite song off the album?

EW: Tai Chipotle.

HC: That’s creative.

EW: Yeah, it focuses on my two loves: eating food and Eastern spirituality. Ya know, it’s combining tai-chi and Chipotle.

HC: I see, so what are some of the themes of the album?

EW: Definitely puppies and optimism.

HC: Well, that sounds like two of our favorite things!

EW: Yes. Gotta have puppies and my aunt really inspired me to always look at the bright side of life as well as in my biomedical career.

HC: So why should people check out your album?

EW: Well it is definitely relatable for college students as I rap a lot about the struggles of everyday life.  You know, relationship problems, keeping up with your family, searching for jobs and everything like that. I try to touch on topics that everyone can vibe too.

HC: Okay, so I think we forgot to touch on the basics.  What’s your favorite food?

EW: Guac.  You can put it on literally anything.

HC: Who’s your celebrity crush?

EW: Oh man, right now it’s… Olivia Benson.

HC: Okay, that’s awesome!

EW: If I needed a celebrity best friend though it would be Kanye West.

HC: Really?

EW: Yeah, I feel like he just needs a hug and then he would be really nice.

HC: Interesting theory. So biggest turn on/ off in a girl?

EW: Girls who like sci-fi movies, that’s hot!

HC: Sci-fi?

EW: Yeah, because then I can talk to her.

HC: Valid. Turn off?

EW: Girls who order salads at Chipotle. There are so many good options there, why would you get a salad?

HC: So true. Where is your favorite spot on campus?

EW: Dunkin Donuts, especially on Mondays when the coffee is free!

HC: Do you have any other hobbies?

EW: Oh yeah, I write fantasy/comedic novels.

HC: What are these novels about?

EW: Well, the one I am writing now is about a 16-year-old kid who uses magic to solve all of his “bro” problems.

HC: Creative! Okay, last question. When is the album dropping?

EW: October 14.  You gotta get it!
