This Panini is veggie packed and super healthy and quick to make. Eat this to spice up your standard turkey sandwich for lunch.

Spaghetti with Asparagus, Smoked Mozzarella and Prosciutto

Eating more fruits and veggies doesn’t mean getting rid of pasta! I love this recipe because of the light taste, and it was created by Giada DeLaurentiis from the Food Network. So you know it has to be delicious.

Fresh Strawberry Bellini

Want a really easy way to eat more fruit? Incorporate it in alcohol! This drink is literally just strawberries and Prosecco, but it’s so colorful and delicious.

Sausage, Bell Pepper, and Onion Lasagna

Lasagna is usually very heavy and meat-packed, but this one has plenty of veggies too! Perfect if you’re looking for a comfort food that is still somewhat healthy.

Summer Squash with Tomatoes and Basil

This is a great side dish for any type of protein. Squash is packed with Vitamin A, creamy, and low in fat. Plus, it’s super colorful and delicious.

Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos

Tacos are a great way to incorporate more veggies because you can choose whichever ones you want, and they pretty much always taste delicious. Plus, you can also customize your protein and tortilla to make it your own.

5 Ingredient Butternut Squash, Arugula, and Goat Cheese Pasta

This recipe is PACKED with hearty veggies, it’s super colorful and healthy, and it’s delicious! I’d highly recommend for a healthy pasta meal prep.

Strawberry Spinach Salad

I had to finish with a recipe that includes fruits AND veggies! This summery salad takes advantage of fresh produce that will soon be in season and it’s light and delicious.
