Thoughts When Returning to Pitt for the Spring Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Pitt chapter.

A new semester awaits us. It’s like the first day of school all over again with new classes, new friends, and a new year. Here are the thoughts going through my head heading into the spring semester at Pitt, after spending my break in Florida.

Another year down (BYE 2016), another semester wiser

New year, new me (…but not really…)

You mean, I’m going from 80 degree weather to…no…please no

Textbooks cost how much?

And this semester costs what???

I am going to be super productive this semester!

I’m going to work out 5 days a week, eat healthy and get a full 8 hours of sleep every night! (ignore fact that I’ll probably go nowhere near the gym)

I’m going to actually go to club meetings every week this time! (we’ll see…)

Goal: Straight A’s in all of my classes

I am so excited to see my friends again! Life isn’t the same when #SQUAD is apart

This is going to be the best semester yet!

Good luck in the new semester everyone!
