As the 2016-2017 academic year comes to a close, we reflected on some of our favorite things from the past two semesters. Take a look!

Chantelle

“Obviously, Pitt beating Penn State!”

Hannah

“Rushing Alpha Phi Omega! APO is a co-ed service frat, which allows me to socialize and do great things for our community. I’ve made so many friends since joining and it was honestly one of the best choices I’ve made since starting college. Also, these tacos from Tako! I made the reservation over a month in advance and my boyfriend and I went for our two-year anniversary. Honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten.”

Mariah

“Declaring my major, suffering through AND defeating organic chemistry, living on my own for the first time and loving it, making new friends, the list goes on and on!”

Sarah

“I realized that I don’t have to go out and immediately get a 9-5 job – there are so many other options! Also, I love tacos. So much.”

Casey

“Being legal!”

Jessie

“Working with Cosmopolitan Magazine! It’s always been my dream, and I was able to make it happen before graduating college.”

Katie V.

“APO!”

Dominique

“Joining my sorority!! I’ve made so many friends and fun memories. I finally feel so comfortable and at home here at Pitt!”

Hi! I'm a senior at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in communication and nonfiction writing. This is my third year at Her Campus Pitt and my second year as the entertainment category editor! I'm also a chapter advisor this semester! I'm a pizza-loving cat mom with a chronic habit of napping from the Boston area. I enjoy spending time binge-watching netflix, snuggling, reading, writing, cooking, and hanging out with my friends. I'm looking forward to becoming increasingly involved with everything Her Campus over the remainder of the college career! Thanks for reading my articles and always feel free to contact me with feedback :)
