  Meet Hannah Brady, this week’s campus celebrity. She can usually be found on the basketball courts or the football field cheering on the Pitt Panthers surrounded by the cheerleading team and hundreds of Pitt fans. Outside of athletics Hannah is involved in numerous clubs and activities on campus and is a senior at Pitt. As most people know or will soon find out, the anxiety over having a job before graduation is daunting. Yet, Hannah doesn’t have this problem as she has secured a position at a company that will enable her to learn and expand the knowledge she has gained at Pitt. Meet Tsion: A 6-year-old in Ethiopia sponsored through Her Campus Pitt

  Tsion is a kindergartner at the Selamta Family Project in Ethiopia. Last year, Her Campus Pitt helped send her to school through the not-for-profit She’s the First by asking for donations at the Cultures Clothing Fashion Show. The money raised paid for continuous education at a rigorous K-12 private school; school supplies including uniform, backpack and notebooks; after-school tutoring programs; sports and soccer registration fees; summer enrichment programs; a small budget for birthday and holiday celebrations; and a small savings account for Tsion.
