Arianna Huffington, editor-in-chief and cofounder of the Huffington Post, has just released a brand new book titled “The Sleep Revolution: Transforming Your Life, One Night at a Time.” In this book, she discusses how her personal burnouts and exhaustions got the best of her at one point in her life, and that there was one thing she decided to experiment differently—sleep.
