Hometowns: John: Sacramento, CA. Quinn: Monroe, Washington.
Major: John: Politics and English. Quinn: Politics or DWA with Pre-Med pre-reqs.
Usually Seen: John: at LMU or the library. Quinn: Being injured in the training room.
Campus Activities: John: Currently injured but diving (eventually). I’ll do more next semester, I promise. Quinn: Soccer, work-study, YCCA, getting my butt kicked in FIFA .
Single/Taken/Its Complicated: John: Happily taken. Quinn: On the market ladies!
Why does your roommate deserve campus cutie?: John: JUST LOOK AT HIM! He’s gorgeous. Quinn: John’s a sexy man, I’m not even gonna deny it.
Man Crushes: John: Yao Ming or Vinny Shu (’15). Quinn: Will Smith.
First Kiss stories: John: It was at a Christmas party, we were caroling with the group and we waited to drop to the back of the pack and we shared a moment that didn’t last very long. Quinn: The classic in-the-movie-theater middle school kiss.
First thing you notice about girls: John: I look for facial symmetry. Quinn: Just general facial features … unless I’m looking from behind.
Quinn, What do you look for in a girl?: I look for easygoing girls who aren’t afraid to be themselves. I like girls who have their own opinions and a mind of their own, who are separate from the crowd.
What would people be surprised to know about you?: John: I’ve occasionally use string cheese as currency. Quinn: I’m an Australian and American citizen.
What is your biggest guilty pleasure?: John: I like Toddlers and Tiaras. Quinn: Listening to country music.
If you could be girls for a day what is the first thing you would do?: John: Eat a Luna bar, then mud wrestle someone. Quinn: Well the second thing I’d want to do is to use of the benefits of being a girl to get free stuff.
What mystifies you about the opposite sex?: John: Why they have to wear makeup all the time. Quinn: Why they take so long in the shower.
What are you looking forward to most at Oxy?: John: Taking some interesting classes and exploring the greater LA area. Quinn: The weather, the change in scenery, and playing soccer.
What was your favorite song when you were in middle school?: John: Rose Parade by Elliot Smith… I was kind of a depressed wee one. Quinn: Anything Blink-182.
If you could have a superpower what would it be?: John: Teleportation is my ish. Quinn: I want to fly so friggin bad.
