February is a very important month in the fashion world, as it’s the start of the beloved fashion week, where well-known and up-and-coming designers showcase their fall and winter designs.
Fashion editors, bloggers, and enthusiasts in New York City paraded around the streets with designer bags, shoes and coats during N.Y. Fashion Week from February 12-19.
Because this was the last fashion week in New York taking place in the Lincoln Center venue with Mercedes-Benz as a sponsor, it was an extra special event for all fashion enthusiasts alike to enjoy.
London fashion was next in line from February 20-24 and was just as fashion forward with 60’s and 70’s inspired clothes, which is a trend this season and can be seen in fashion designs such as the current fall fashions in Matthew Williamson’s line.
Milan Fashion Week took the fashion throne from February 25 to March 3. Milan’s Fashion Week has been a trendsetter this season with well-known model and actress Benedetta Barzini looking regal while walking Antonio Marra’s show at the age of 71.
Paris Fashion Week has been happening since March 4 and shows no sign of slowing down just yet. We can’t wait to see what trends they will be setting this season!
